摘 要:采用数值计算的方法,以二氧化碳捕集系统中的贫富液为工质,基于正交试验对多种板片进行筛选优化,研究一种新型宽流道板型的换热与流动的综合性能,并将多种不同形状的板片进行对比。结果表明:凸台型板片使流体形成涡流与二次流,破坏了壁面稳定的边界层和增大了传热面积。通过正交法的指标进行最优模型比较,选出两组方案为最优方案,并且最优方案的换热因子j和摩擦因子f比正交法所得模型的换热因子j和摩擦因子f高4%~10%的范围。In this paper,the heat transfer and flow performance of a new type of plate with wide runner are studied by means of numerical calculation,using the fluid in the CO2 capture system as working fluid and screening and optimizing a variety of plates based on orthogonal experiments,and the plates with different shapes are compared.The results show that the protrusion plate makes the fluid form eddy current and secondary flow,destroys the stable boundary layer on the wall and enlarges the heat transfer area.By comparing the optimal models with the indexes of orthogonal method,two sets of programs were selected as the optimal schemes,and the heat transfer factor j and friction factor f of the optimal solution are 4%—10%higher than the heat transfer factor and friction factor of the model obtained by the orthogonal method.
