摘  要:采用熔融共混法制备了共聚聚丙烯(PP30R)/高等规聚丁烯(iPB)复合材料。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、偏光显微镜(POM)和差示扫描量热仪(DSC)对制备的复合材料的结晶形貌和非等温结晶动力学进行了研究。结果表明:PP30R与iPB呈海岛结构,随着iPB添加份数的增加,分散相iPB的相域形貌变得不规则,相界面越来越模糊,iPB添加到40份时,呈现双连续相形貌。当iPB份数较低时,PP30R的结晶成核速度较快,但晶体形貌不完善,随着iPB份数增加,PP30R结晶速度变慢,但晶体逐渐趋于完善,形成球晶。随着iPB份数增加,PP30R结晶活化能降低,结晶指数m和结晶速度呈增大趋势,iPB的变化规律不明显。Co-polypropylene(PP30R)/high isotactic polybutene(iPB)composites were prepared by melt blending method.The morphology and non-isothermal crystallization behavior of the as-obtained composites have been studied by the SEM,POM and DSC.The results showed that PP30R and iPB formed sea-island structure.With the increase of iPB content,the morphology of the dispersed iPB phase became irregular,and the interface became blurred.When the iPB increased to 40 phr,the morphology changed to co-continuous phase.When the content of iPB was low,the nucleation rate of PP30R was faster,but the crystal morphology was imperfect.With the increase of the iPB,the crystallization rate of PP30R became slower,but the crystals tended to be perfect gradually.The results of non-isothermal crystallization kinetics showed that the activation energy of PP30R crystallization decreased,the crystallization index m and the crystallization rate increased with the increase of the number of iPB components,and the variation rule of iPB was not obvious.
