自制消肿止痛膏局部外用治疗化学性血栓性浅静脉炎97例

摘　　要：目的探讨自制消肿止痛膏局部外用治疗静脉输液导致的化学性血栓性浅静脉炎的临床疗效。方法选择静脉输液导致的血栓性浅静脉炎患者97例,患处局部外用自制消肿止痛膏,2次/d,每次4~6 h,应用5 d为一个疗程,治疗1个疗程后观察临床症状体征改善情况。结果临床治愈65例,显效7例,有效20例,总有效率94.8%。结论自制消肿止痛膏局部外用治疗静脉输液导致的化学性血栓性浅静脉炎临床疗效显著,且不良作用发生率极低。Objective To explore the clinical effect of self-made Xiaozhong Zhitong ointment topical application in the treatment of chemical thrombotic superficial phlebitis. Methods Ninety-seven patients with superficial thrombophlebitis caused by intravenous infusion were selected. Self-made Xiaozhong Zhitong ointment topical application for external use,2 times per day,each time 4-6 hours,5 days for a course of treatment,after a course of treatment,the improvement of clinical symptoms and signs were observed. Results 65 cases were cured clinically,7 cases were markedly effective,20 cases were effective,and the total effective rate was 94. 8%. Conclusion Self-made Xiaozhong Zhitong ointment topical application in the treatment of chemical thrombotic superficial phlebitis has significant effect,and has extremely low incidence of side effect.
