针刺阳陵泉联合化瘀汤治疗中风后偏瘫临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨针刺阳陵泉联合化瘀汤对中风后偏瘫的临床意义。方法选取2018年1月—2019年1月在辽宁省大连市中心医院康复病房的80例中风后偏瘫患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组40例患者采用临床常规治疗方法;试验组40例患者在对照组基础上加用针刺阳陵泉联合自拟化瘀汤治疗,采取Fugl-Meyer评分(FMA)评定上肢运动功能,采用日常生活能力量表(Barthel)进行日常生活能力评分。结果试验组患者治疗后FMA评分高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。试验组患者治疗后Barthel得分高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论采取针刺阳陵泉联合自拟化瘀汤治疗中风后偏瘫患者,可以有效改善中风后偏瘫患者的临床恢复情况,值得推广。Objective To study the significance of acupuncture Yanglingquan( GB34) combined with self-made Huayu decoction on hemiplegia after stroke. Methods 80 patients with post-stroke hemiplegia in the rehabilitation ward of Dalian Central Hospital from January2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. In the control group,40 patients with hemiplegia after stroke were treated with conventional clinical therapy. In the experimental group,40 patients with post-stroke hemiplegia were treated with acupuncture Yanglingquan( GB34) combined with self-made Huayu decoction on the basis of conventional clinical treatment. Fugl-meyer score( FMA) was used to assess upper limb motor function,and Barthel was used for daily living ability score.Results FMA score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group after the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine treatment,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The Barthel score of patients in the experimental group was higher than that of patients in the control group after receiving the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine treatment,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion For post-stroke hemiplegia patients,acupuncture Yanglingquan( GB34) combined with self-made Huayu decoction can effectively improve the clinical recovery of post-stroke hemiplegia patients,which is worthy of promotion.
