习近平新时代中国特色社会主义经济思想与建构“四重多维一体”的政治经济学体系

摘　　要：党的十八大以来,习近平总书记多次强调学好用好政治经济学。他在主持中央政治局第二十八次集体学习时指出,要在坚持马克思主义政治经济学的基本原理和方法论的基础上,同我国经济发展实际相结合,不断形成新的理论成果。而坚持历史与逻辑、实证与规范、理论与实践相统一,是马克思主义政治经济学基本原理和方法论的重要特色。以马克思主义政治经济学为“体”的习近平新时代中国特色社会主义经济思想鲜明地彰显了这一特色,形成了历史逻辑、理论创新、价值追求、实践指向的“四重”研究范式,进而构建了以“新发展理念”为经济理论框架、以“七个坚持”为经济发展方案的“多维”经济学说体系,也为探索和构建中国特色社会主义政治经济学体系提供了可资参考的范本。Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly stressed the importance of learning and using political economy well.When he presided over the 28 th collective study of the political bureau of the CPC central committee,he pointed out that new theoretical achievements should be formed continuously on the basis of adhering to the basic principles and methodology of marxist political economy and combining with the actual economic development of China.It is an important feature of the basic principles and methodology of Marxist political economy to adhere to the unity of history and logic, empirical and normative,theory and practice.Xi Jinping Economic Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, which regards Marxist political economy as the "body", clearly demonstrates this feature,and forms a "four-fold" research paradigm with historical logic,theoretical innovation,value pursuit and practice orientation.Furthermore,it constructs the " multi-dimensional" economics system with the "new development concept" as the economic theory framework and the " seven adherences" as the economic development plan.It also provides a reference model for exploring and constructing the socialist political and economic system with Chinese characteristics.
