摘 要:采用温室盆栽评价和大田种植评价两种方法,以寄生列当数量、列当生物量及甜瓜生物量指标为依据,对19份栽培甜瓜和9份野生甜瓜进行抗瓜列当寄生能力鉴定。结果表明,在大田种植试验中,28份甜瓜种质中有2个高抗列当寄生材料,14个抗性材料。将大田种植初筛出的抗性较好的14个甜瓜材料进行盆栽试验,其中‘Sekine’‘PI 614391’和‘安农2号’具有减缓瓜列当生长发育抗性,有96.70%的瓜列当在‘Sekine’上停滞于结节生长阶段,成功生长至幼苗及出土阶段的瓜列当仅占总寄生数量的3.30%;94.42%瓜列当在‘PI 614391’上停滞于结节生长阶段,成功生长至幼苗及出土阶段的仅占总寄生瓜列当的5.58%;87.88%瓜列当在‘安农2号’上停滞于结节生长阶段,成功生长至幼苗及出土阶段的列当占总寄生瓜列当的12.10%。通过测定瓜列当寄生后对甜瓜植株生物量的影响,结果表明瓜列当寄生对‘PI 614391’和‘Sekine’的地上干质量、根干质量、株高和茎粗无显著影响。在28份甜瓜种质中,野生甜瓜‘PI 614391’和栽培甜瓜‘Sekine’对瓜列当有较强的耐寄生性。By evaluation of greenhouse pot and field experiments and based on the index of the number of P.aegyptiaca infection events,biomasses of P.aegyptiaca and muskmelon,such as plant height,stem diameter,fresh mass,etc.,the resistances of 19 melon cultivars and 9 wild melon germplasm to P.aegyptiaca were measured.Two germplasm with high resistance and 14 germplasm with moderate resistance to P.aegyptiaca among the 28 melon germplasm were identified by fields experiment.The resistance of these germplasm were further validated by using the pot experiment.The results showed that‘Sekine’,‘PI 614391’and‘Annong No.2’could retard the development of P.aegyptiaca.Using‘Sekine’,‘PI 614391’and‘Annong No.2’as the host,96.70%,94.42%,87.88%developmental stagnations of P.aegyptiaca were were observed at tubercles stage,and only 3.30%,5.58%and 12.10%P.aegyptiaca successfully grew up to sprout and spikestage,respectively.No significant differences on host biomass were observed between the treatment and control for the three resistant germplasm.Taken together,the wild accession‘PI 614391’and cultivated accession‘Sekine’showed higher tolerance to P.aegyptiaca in the tested melon germplasm.
