摘　　要：FAS系统割接至新建MSC期间,需提供替代通信方案,以保证列车调度员、车站值班员与列车司机的车机联控语音通信。本文以业务流程规范为基础,通过分析论证,提出解决方案,使FAS系统整体停机退服的割接工作安全有序执行。A substitute communication is required during the period when the FAS system is cut over to the newly-built MSC so as to ensure voice communication for station-locomotive joint control of the traffic dispatcher,station operator and train driver.Based on the service specifications,solutions are proposed through analysis and demonstration to ensure safe and orderly execution of the cutover of the FAS system to be down and out of service.
