摘　　要：通过介绍系统工程技术流程在长沙地铁4号线一期信号系统建设过程中的应用,说明利用系统工程的方法,有利于确保项目周期节点的顺利推进和系统生命周期质量保证;从系统工程的视角,可以更好地理解信号系统建设乃至整个地铁建设过程的复杂性。The application of systems engineering technical process in the construction of the signaling system in the No.1 phase project of Changsha Metro Line 4 is introduced and how to utilize systems engineering approach to ensure smooth progress of a project and life cycle quality of a system is explained.From a perspective of systems engineering,the complexity of a signal system engineering project and even the entire construction process of a subway can better understood.
