摘  要:本研究旨在为西藏青稞病害防治提供参考依据。试验采用平板对峙培养法,探究两株西藏青稞种子内生生防细菌对多种病害的抑制作用。结果表明:两株颜色和形态不同的生防细菌C-01和C-02对小麦根腐病菌、小麦立枯病菌、小麦纹枯病菌、棉黄萎病菌、苹果轮纹病菌生长均有抑制作用,其中枯草芽孢杆菌C-01对小麦立枯病菌抑菌效果最显著,抑菌率为70.3%,枯草芽孢杆菌C0-2对棉花黄萎菌抑制效果最显著其抑菌率为73.3%。通过分子鉴定可知:C-01和C-02均属于Bacillus subtilis。因此,本试验所筛选的两株内生枯草芽孢杆菌是抑菌谱广且抑菌效果显著的生防菌。The purpose of this study was to provide reference for disease control of highland barley in Tibet,and the inhibition effect of two endophytic bacteria isolated from Tibetan highland barley seeds on various diseases was studied.The results showed that C-01 and C-02,which were different in color and shape,inhibited the growth of wheat root rot bacteria,wheat Rhizoctonia solani,wheat sharp eyespot bacteria,Verticillium dahliae and apple fruit ring rot bacteria,among which Bacillus subtilis C-01 inhibited the growth of wheat Rhizoctonia solani.The bacteriostatic effect of C-01 bacteria was the most significant,and the bacteriostatic rate was 70.3%.The another most significant inhibitory effect of Bacillus subtilis C-02 on Verticillium dahliae was 73.3%.According to molecular identification,both C-01 and C-02 belonged to Bacillus subtilis.It was showed that the two strains of endophytic Bacillus subtilis selected in this experiment were biocontrol bacteria with wide spectrum and significant effect.
