摘 要:疫苗接种是预防诸多疾病的重要手段,是抵抗病原入侵的有效途径。但疫苗接种也存在一定的免疫副反应风险,分析疫苗接种的相关风险及应对措施有利于降低免疫副反应风险,对于家畜疾病预防有重要意义。免疫副反应的发生不仅影响免疫效果,还可能使家畜出现病理反应,甚至死亡,造成经济损失。免疫副反应极为常见,其原因与疫苗、饲养管理等均存在一定的关系,探究其产生原因及应对措施对于防疫工作的顺利开展具有重要意义。该文主要对家畜免疫副反应产生的原因、免疫副反应的临床症状及应对措施进行论述。Vaccination is an important means to prevent many diseases and an effective way to resist the invasion of pathogens.However,the risk of immune side reaction also exists in vaccination.It is very important to reduce the risk of immune side reaction by analyzing the relative risk of vaccination.The occurrence of immune side reaction not only affects the immune effect,but also may cause the pathological reaction and even death of livestock,resulting in economic loss.The immune side reaction is very common,and the reason is related to the vaccine,feeding and management.It is important to explore the cause and the countermeasure for the prevention of epidemic disease.In this paper,the causes,clinical symptoms and countermeasures of immune side reaction in livestock were discussed.
