摘　　要：为研究个体差异对通城猪精液冷冻过程活力的影响,试验选取8月龄体重100 kg左右的通城猪11只,在9、10、11月集中采精,检测精液在采集原精后、稀释后、平衡后、冷冻后各个阶段的活力。原精阶段个体差异不显著,而在其他阶段个体差异比较显著,说明个体差异是影响通城猪精液冷冻效果的主要因素。In order to study the effect of individual differences on sperm motility in Tongcheng county pigs during freezing,11 Tongcheng county pigs weighing about 100 kg aged 8 months were selected to collect sperm in September,October and November,the vitality of semen in each stage after collection,dilution,balance and freezing was detected.The individual difference in spermatozoa stage was not significant,but in other stages was significant,which indicated that the individual difference was the main factor affecting the freezing effect of semen in Tongcheng county pigs.
