放牧牦牛补饲效果和经济效益分析

摘　　要：牦牛肉质鲜嫩,含有丰富的氨基酸、蛋白质等营养物质,脂肪含量较低,口感好,更能满足于消费者的需求,在渭源县黄香沟牧场,通过3年对牦牛适当补饲后出生率、死亡率和体高增长等指标的统计分析,长期探索对比,对放牧牦牛补饲可提高牦牛的繁活率,有效增加经济效益。Fresh and tender,yak meat is rich in amino acids,protein and other nutrients.It is low in fat and tastes good.It can meet the needs of consumers.In the Huangxianggou pasture of Weiyuan county,Gansu,after 3 years of statistical analysis on birth rate,mortality rate and growth of body height of yaks after proper supplementary feeding,long-term exploration and comparison were made.
