摘　　要：禽流感是由禽流感病毒感染引发的一种急性传染性疾病,临床上以高热、呼吸困难、全身败血症为主要特征,具有很高的发病率和死亡率。近年,随家禽养殖产业不断向前发展,鸡禽流感的发生率呈现爆发流行趋势,一旦禽流感发生流行,会威胁地区家禽养殖产业的安全,因此需要提高重视程度,切实做好该种传染性疾病的诊断和防治工作。该文主要论述鸡禽流感的流行特点、临床症状、病理变化、诊断方法和防治措施,以更好地控制该种传染性疾病发生流行。Avian influenza is an acute infectious disease caused by the infection of avian influenza virus.It is clinically characterized by high fever,dyspnea,and sepsis.It has a high morbidity and mortality.In recent years,with the continuous development of poultry breeding industry,the incidence of avian influenza in chickens presents an epidemic trend.Once the epidemic of avian influenza occurs,it will threaten the safety of a regional poultry breeding industry.Therefore,we need to pay more attention to the diagnosis and prevention of this infectious disease.In this paper,the epidemic characteristics,clinical symptoms,pathological changes,diagnostic methods and prevention measures of avian influenza were analyzed based on practical work experience.It is hoped that this study will be helpful to better control the occurrence and prevalence of this infectious disease.
