摘 要:以内蒙古产艾草(蒙艾)为原料,分别采用正己烷萃取法和超临界CO2萃取法对蒙艾进行萃取,采用正交试验法考察了萃取参数对挥发油产率的影响,结果表明:正己烷萃取法提取挥发油收率的影响因素主次为:提取温度>提取次数>料液比>提取时间,超临界CO2萃取法提取挥发油收率的影响因素主次为:萃取时间>萃取温度>萃取压力。最佳萃取条件下,正己烷萃取法和超临界CO2萃取法的挥发油收率分别为4.67%和6.99%,挥发油在组成成分具有较大的差异。Using the Inner Mongolian artemisia argyi(Meng Ai)as materials,two extraction approaches,n-hexane extraction and supercritical CO2 extraction,were used to extract the volatile oil of Meng Ai.The orthogonal test was applied to clearly understand the influences of extraction parameters on the yields of volatile oil.And the results showed that the order of the main influence factors in the volatile oil yields of n-hexane extraction were as follows:extraction temperature>extraction times>ratio of Meng Ai and n-hexane>extraction time.And the factors affecting the volatile oil yields of supercritical CO2 extraction were also investigated as follows:extraction time>extraction temperature>extraction pressure.Under the optimal extraction conditions,the volatile oil yields of n-hexane extraction and supercritical CO2 extraction were 4.67%and 6.99%,respectively,and the obtained volatile oils compositions were different under various extraction methods.
