危险废物集中焚烧处置项目环境影响评价的要点

摘　　要：随着我国经济社会快速发展,危险废物的产生量亦逐年增加,由于危险废物具有腐蚀性、毒性、易燃性、反应性等特点,危险废物集中焚烧处置项目的环境敏感程度、社会关注度高。本文根据危险废物集中焚烧处置项目的特点,从选址、工程分析、环境影响预测、污染防治措施等方面,阐述了该类项目环境影响评价的要点,为此类项目的环境影响评价工作提供参考。With the development of economic and social,the amount of hazardous wastes in China is increasing.As hazardous wastes present corrosiveness,toxicity,flammability and reactivity,centralized incineration disposal of hazardous waste has high environmental sensitivity and is concerned by society highly.According to the characteristics of centralized incineration disposal of hazardous waste,the key points of environmental impact assessment projects were expounded from the aspects of site selection,engineering analysis,environmental impact prediction and evaluation,and pollution prevention and control measures,so as to provide reference for the environmental impact assessment projects.
