摘　　要：从分析企业离心泵维护工作现状出发,指出在职业院校开展面向岗位职业能力的离心泵项目实训教学创新与实践的重要性。结合一线机泵维修技术工人的离心泵维修技能提升需求,明确了离心泵项目在校内实训教学中存在的问题。基于岗位职业能力对离心泵项目进行了实训教学分析和改革策略研究,并对离心泵项目实训教学改革进行了实践探索,取得了良好的教学改革成效。Based on the analysis of how to maintain centrifugal pump in enterprise,it pointed out that it was important to develop the innovation and practice of training teaching for centrifugal pump based on professional ability of the position in vocational college.According to the need of workers who engaged in centrifugal pump maintenance,the present condition of training teaching for centrifugal pump was discovered in school,and the good effect of teaching reform was obtained under the research and practical exploration on this project.
