摘 要:长垣老区油田进入特高含水开发期后,开发对象和方式多样化,采出液含水含聚高、处理困难等特征日益凸显,地面系统面临站库布局不合理、负荷不均衡等问题。针对萨南油田地面工程面临的形势和问题进行系统分析,坚持总体规划、分期实施、动态调整原则,推进应用“三优一简”技术措施,通过合理进行区域布站、多工艺联合布站的统一布局,采用“总体规划、集中布站、分期实施”的建设模式,实现低成本联合运行,从而减少公共设施及工业用地,达到降本增效的目的。近年来萨南油田地面系统在优化简化、提质增效等方面的几个典型做法和取得的效果,可为今后长垣老区同类油田的地面建设提供一定的借鉴和参考。After Changyuan Oilfield has entered the development period of extra-high water cut,characteristics that the development objects and methods are diversified and produced water has high water cut,high polymer concentration and difficulty in treatment are increasingly prominent.The surface system is faced with the problems of unreasonable station and reservoir layout and unbalanced load.The Sanan Oilfield's situation and problems of oilfield surface engineering are systematically analyzed.We should insist on the principle of overall planning,phased implementation,and dynamic adjusting,and advance with the technical measures of"three-optimization and one-simplification".Through the reasonable station distribution in areas and by multiple technologies jointly,the layout is unified,adopting the construction mode of"overall planning,concentration of station distribution,phased implementation".By doing so,the joint operation with low cost is realized,thus reducing public facilities and industrial land and achieving the goal of cost reduction and efficiency increase.In recent years,the surface system of Sanan Oilfield has been optimized,simplified,improved,and increased in quality and efficiency,and several above typical practices and results provide some references for the surface construction of similar oilfields in Changyuan old areas in the future.
