摘  要:江苏油田进入开发中后期,采出液含水不断升高,集输与处理温度高、能耗大。针对江苏油田WZ区块原油,以低温破乳为目标,开展了高效低温破乳剂的室内研究及现场应用试验。研制的破乳剂PR-8051对WZ区块原油乳状液具有良好的低温破乳效果,在43.5℃下可使WZ原油快速破乳,90 min内脱水率达71.7%。现场应用结果表明:在相同条件下应用PR-8051破乳剂,可降低加药量61.5%,应用后管输液乳化水含量由49.5%(质量分数)降低到5.97%;10口油井投加PR-8051后,停用单井集油管道中频电伴热装置,月节约电量5.47×10^4 kWh。Jiangsu Oilfield has entered into the middle-later period of development with high water content,and its gathering,transportation,and treatment system has high temperature and huge energy consumption.For the crude oil in WZ Block in Jiangsu Oilfield,and taking low temperature demulsification as the purpose,laboratory research and field application tests of high efficient and low temperature demulsifier are carried out.The developed demulsifier PR-8051 has a good low temperature demulsification effect on crude oil emulsion in WZ Block of Jiangsu Oil field.It can demulsify WZ crude oil rapidly at 43.5℃,and the dehydration rate can reach 71.7%within 90 min.The results of field application show that with the same conditions,the dosage of pr-8051 demulsifier could be reduced by 61.5%,and the content of emulsified water in tube infusion could be reduced from 49.5%(mass fraction)to 5.97%after the application.By adding PR-8051 and shutting down the intermediate frequency electric heat tracing device of a single well oil gathering pipeline,10 oil wells can save 5.47×10^4 kWh of electricity per month.
