摘  要:为解决大庆老区油田计量方式自动化程度低、工作量大的难题,以及满足数字化油田建设的需要,开展了射频锁相阵列式油井三相计量装置的现场试验。该装置基本组成包括计量罐、含水分析仪阵列、电动快开三通球阀、电动调节球阀、管道油泵、温度变送器、压力变送器及测控系统。在采油六厂水驱和聚驱计量间开展的单井现场应用结果表明:装置计量结果稳定,精度高,适用范围广,产气量、产液量、含水率计量值的相对误差分别低于10%、10%、3%,达到了油田公司规定的指标要求。In order to solve the problems of low automation and large work load of the oilfield metering method in the Daqing old areas and to meet the needs of digital oilfield construction,a field test of a radio-frequency phase-locked array oil well three-phase metering device is carried out.The basic com-position of the device includes metering tank,water analyzer array,electric quick opening three-way ball valve,electric regulating ball valve,pipeline oil pump,temperature transmitter,pressure transmitter,and measurement and control system.The device is used for the single well in the water flooding and polymer flooding metering stations of No.6 Oil Production Plant.The field application results show that the device has stable metering results,high accuracy,and wide application range,and its relative errors of the measured values of gas production,liquid production,and water content are less than 10%,10%,and 3%,respectively,reaching the index requirements specified by the oilfield company.
