摘　　要：大庆油田天然气分公司主要生产设施分布在全市5个行政区2400 km2的区域内,形成了以萨喇杏油田为中心的“三横四纵两延伸”格局,目前面临原料变化后装置调节能力不强、伴生气调配难度大、人员递减严重、装置自动化程度低等问题,凸显出了数字化建设的必要性和紧迫性。为此,从智能化工厂建设、管网数字化建设、网络设施改造、调控中心平台建设4个方面着手,通过增加自动化设备、仪器仪表,应用三维、智能化巡检和状态监测技术,提升了装置的自动化程度,提高了管网精细化调配能力,在“十四五”期间,站场将实现全自动控制,管网实现二级调控,生产指挥平台实现标准化、可视化、智能化。The main production facilities of Daqing Oilfield Natural Gas Company are distributed in the five administrative districts of Daqing which cover an area of more than 2400 km2,and the pattern of"three horizontals,four longitudes and two extensions"centered on Sa-La-Xing Oilfields is formed.After the change of raw materials,the main problems of not-strong adjustment ability,difficult gas allocation,serious staff reduction,and low automation of installations,highlight the necessity and urgency of the digital construction.Therefore,starting from four aspects,namely,the intelligent factory construction,pipeline network digital construction,network infrastructure improvement,and regulation and control of center platform construction,by increasing automatic equipment and instrumentation,applying three-dimensional and intelligent inspection and condition monitoring technology,the automation level of equipment is increased,and the fine distribution ability of pipeline network is improved.During the"14th Five-Year Plan"period,the fully-automatic control of stations and the secondary regulation of pipeline network will be realized,and the production command platform will be standardized,visualized and intelligent.
