摘  要:海底管道在输送含硫原油的过程中,因原油含水量较高容易造成管道腐蚀,甚至产生腐蚀泄漏等严重后果。为此,开展海上原油(硫含量质量分数1.79%)对X65管线钢的腐蚀速率测试、腐蚀产物分析、点蚀形貌观察,并自配不同硫含量和含水率的原油(硫含量和含水率都按照质量分数进行配比,且硫含量和含水率都不高于3%)进行腐蚀速率测试。结果表明:X65钢表面腐蚀产物分布不均匀,产生点蚀现象;腐蚀的主要原因是氧化性硫的作用;当硫含量和含水率都在3%以内时,X65钢的腐蚀速率基本与原油中的硫含量和含水率呈线性递增关系;温度对腐蚀速率影响不大。In the process of transporting sulfur-containing crude oil,the pipeline corrosion is likely to occur due to high water content of the transported fluid,which may cause corrosion leakage and other serious consequences.The corrosion rate of X65 pipeline steel is tested by offshore crude oil(sulfur mass fraction is 1.79%),corrosion products are analyzed,pitting morphology is observed,and crude oil with different sulfur content and water content sulfur content and water content are matched according to mass fraction,and sulfur content and water content are not higher than 3%is tested.The results of above measures show that the corrosion products on the surface of X65 steel are distributed unevenly,and the main cause of pitting corrosion and corrosion is the action of oxidizing sulfur.When the sulfur content and water content are both within 3%,the corrosion rate of X65 steel is basically linearly increasing with the sulfur content and water content in the crude oil,and the temperature has little effect on corrosion rate.
