摘　　要：为进一步规范油田工程建设项目资料的及时性、完整性管理,保证工程项目建设各项资料信息的对称,并为项目投产后正常生产维护、检修或改造、扩建提供重要依据,通过分析油田工程建设项目资料管理存在的实际问题,设计研发以进度计划为主线、以关键资料为载体的油田工程建设项目资料管理系统,建立了项目立项、项目方案、项目图纸、项目进度汇报、项目变更、项目验收评价等环节资料管理及查询功能,将工程项目建设全过程资料以电子化、系统化、规范化的方式进行管理。该系统实现了随时调取、查阅、共享项目资料,保证各项资料信息的对称性与完整性,同时辅助管理人员及时掌握工程建设进度,提升项目资料管理效率和质量。In order to further standardize the timeliness and integrity management of engineering project data,ensure the symmetry of various data and information of engineering project construction,and provide an important basis for normal production maintenance,overhaul or transformation,expansion after the project is put into operation,through analyzing the actual problems occur in the data management of oilfield engineering construction projects,a data management system of oilfield engineering construction project with schedule plan as the main line and key data as the carrier is developed and designed.It establishes data management and query functions of project approval,project plan,project drawing,project progress report,project change,project acceptance and evaluation,etc.,and manages the data of the whole process of project construction in an electronic,systematic,and standardized way.The system can retrieve,consult and share project data at any time,ensure the symmetry and integrity of the material information of each project,and assist the management personnel to grasp the progress of each project construction in time,so as to improve the efficiency and quality of project data management.
