摘　　要：采用高效液相色谱法测定40%苯醚甲环唑·吡唑醚菌酯悬浮剂中的有效成分含量,外标法定量。采用250 mm×4.6 mm(i.d.)不锈钢柱,内装C 8填充物,粒径5 m;以甲醇-乙腈-水(体积比30∶30∶40)为流动相;流速:1.0 mL/min;检测波长:240 nm。结果表明:苯醚甲环唑和吡唑醚菌酯的标准偏差分别为0.138、0.237;变异系数为0.96%、0.97%;平均回收率为98.6%、98.7%。An reversal phase high performance liquid chromatography method using an external standard was developed for quantitative determination of difenoconazole and pyraclostrobin in 40%suspension concentrate.A 250 mm×4.6 mm(i.d.)stainless steel column with C 8 filler was used with a particle size of 5 m;the mobile phase consisted of methanol acetonitrile water(volume ratio 30:30:40);the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min;and the detection wavelength was 240 nm.The result showed that the standard deviations of difenoconazole and pyraclostrobin were 0.138 and 0.237,the coefficients of variation were 0.96%and 0.97%,respectively,the average recovery were 98.6%and 98.7%.
