摘　　要：独活寄生汤属于攻补兼施剂,具有益气补血、补益肝肾、散寒除湿邪之效。随着现代药理学研究的不断拓展及深入,明确患者的病症特点和熟练掌握对经方的巧妙运用,能够不断拓宽经方在骨伤科疾病的治疗范围。作为中医经典之方的独活寄生汤在临床上已被广泛应用于治疗骨伤疾病,并且疗效显著,笔者就近10年独活寄生汤在骨伤病的临床应用及药理作用进行综述,为未来该方在骨科临床应用中提供经验及理论依据。Duhuo parasitic decoction belongs to attacking and tonifying agent,which has the effect of tonifying qi and tonifying blood,tonifying liver and kidney,dispelling cold and dampness.With the continuous expansion and deepening of modern pharmacological research,defining the disease characteristics of patients and skillfully mastering the ingenious use of classical prescriptions can constantly expand the scope of treatment of orthopedic diseases.Duhuo parasite decoction,as a classic prescription of traditional Chinese medicine,has been widely used in the treatment of bone injury diseases,and the curative effect is remarkable.The author summarizes the clinical application and pharmacological effects of Duhuo parasitic decoction in bone injuries in the past 10 years,so as to provide experience and theoretical basis for the clinical application of this prescription in orthopaedics in the future.
