摘　　要：嗜酸性粒细胞属于白细胞,源于骨髓中的造血干细胞。通过脱粒作用,释放阳离子蛋白,参与宿主防御寄生虫,并促进过敏反应。近年来研究发现,嗜酸性粒细胞能够分泌多种细胞因子,在不同组织参与维持稳态、加速组织再生等功能,并在癌症发生发展过程中起着重要作用。本文对组织中嗜酸性粒细胞的功能做一综述。Eosinophils derived from hematopoietic stem cells in bone marrow and belonged to Leukocytes. It releases cationic proteins by degranulation, participates in host defense against parasites, and promotes allergic reactions. However, eosinophils are now being recognized for more varied functions. Eosinophils release a variety of cytokines to maintain homeostasis, accelerate tissue regeneration in different tissues, and participate in the host’s response to tumor growth. This article reviews the function of eosinophils in tissues.
