从《冠心病合理用药指南》看尼可地尔在冠心病治疗中的作用

摘　　要：在冠心病的治疗中,正确应用药物进行一、二级预防和治疗乃至病后的心脏康复,均具有重要意义。近年来的研究表明,尼可地尔在冠心病治疗的应用上表现出与经典的抗心绞痛药物相当的功效。由国家卫生计生委合理用药专家委员会等在2018年6月发布的《冠心病合理用药指南》(第2版)中推荐尼可地尔为缓解心绞痛或心肌缺血的重要治疗药物。本文结合指南对尼可地尔目前在冠心病治疗中的进展和应用前景进行评述,为其在临床冠心病治疗的合理用药提供参考。Reasonable application of medications for primary/secondary prevention and treatment is of great significance in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Recent studies have shown that nicorandil has compara⁃ble efficacy to classic anti⁃angina drugs in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Nicorandil is recommended as an important therapeutic drug for relieving angina pectoris or myocardial ischemia in Chinese Coronary Heart Disease Medication Guidelines published in June 2018 by Committee of Experts of Rational Use of Medicine of National Health and Family Planning Commission of P.R.China.Based on the guidelines,this article reviews the current progress of nicorandil in the treatment of coronary heart disease and its application prospect,and provides refer⁃ence for the rational use of medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease.
