摘 要:锻造过程中为了消除或改善钢锭内部的疏松、缩孔等冶金缺陷,提升锻造后锻件的质量,利用有限元模拟软件Deform-3D,建立了12 t模铸锭在不同料宽比、搭边量和压下率条件下的有限元模型,并利用正交试验系统分析了影响锻件芯部空穴闭合的3种锻造因素之间的关系;研究了锻造过程中料宽比、搭边量和压下率对静水应力、等效应变的影响规律,并得出了优化的锻造工艺参数,可提升锻件的锻造质量。结果表明,料宽比在1.0~1.4范围时,料宽比的增大对等效应变的影响不大;搭边量大于80 mm时,搭边量的增大对静水应力的影响较小;压下率在25%~30%范围时,等效应变随着压下率的增大而增大,当压下率超过30%后,等效应变急剧下降。In the forging process,in order to eliminate or improve the defects of loose and shrinkage in the ingot and improve the quality of forgings,the finite element model of 12 t ingot was established under the conditions of different ratios of length to width for material,contact boundary amounts and reduction ratios by finite element simulation software Deform-3 D,and the relationships between the three forging factors that affected the closure of forging core cavity were analyzed by the orthogonal test.Then,the influence laws of the ratio of length to width for material,the contact boundary amount and the reduction ratio on the hydrostatic stress and the equivalent strain in the forging process were studied,and the optimized forging process parameters were put forward to improve the forging quality.The results show that when the ratio of length to width for material is 1.0-1.4,the increase of the ratio of length to width for material has little effect on the equivalent strain,when the contact boundary amount is larger than 80 mm,the increase of contact boundary amount has little effect on the hydrostatic stress,when the reduction ratio is 25%-30%,the equivalent strain increases with the increasing of reduction ratio,and when the reduction ratio exceeds 30%,the equivalent strain decreases sharply.
