摘 要:以一典型的汽车结构件——连结法兰盘为研究对象。首先,采用Dynaform有限元软件,建立有限元模型,对凸模圆角半径、压边力、摩擦系数、凸凹模间隙4个成形工艺参数对圆孔翻边过程中成形质量的影响进行模拟研究;然后,设计正交试验,再次进行模拟计算,采用极差法评定影响零件成形质量的显著参数;最终,在综合考虑成形高度、凸缘区不起皱、不开裂的情况以及平面度的前提下,确定了最优的工艺参数组合为:凸模圆角半径为13 mm,凸凹模间隙为2.65 mm,摩擦系数为0.15,压边力为55 k N。将最优工艺参数进行生产试验检验,发现有一定的偏差,最大偏差为7%,在可接受范围内。说明仿真试验对生产实践起到很大的作用,为类似产品的冲压成形提供了一定的参考。For the typical automobile structural part of joint flange,the finite element model was established by simulation software Dynaform,and the influences of four forming process parameters of fillet radius of punch,blank holder force,friction coefficient and clearance between punch and die on the forming quality in the round hole flanging process were studied and simulated.Then,the orthogonal experiment was designed,the simulated calculation was conducted again,and the significant parameters affecting the forming quality of joint flange were evaluated by the range method.Finally,under the comprehensive consideration of forming height,no wrinkles and cracks in the flange area and flatness,the combination of the best process parameters with the fillet radius of punch of 13 mm,the clearance between punch and die of 2.65 mm,the friction coefficient of 0.15 and the blank holder force of 55 k N was confirmed.Furthermore,the best process parameters were inspected in production experiment,a certain deviation between simulation and actual production was found,and the maximum deviation was 7%which was within the acceptable range.The result shows that the simulation experiment plays a great role in the production practice and provides some references for the stamping of similar products.
