摘  要:通过单向拉伸实验,对TC4钛合金板料进行材料力学性能分析。利用有限元方法,建立TC4钛合金Ⅴ形件热冲压数值仿真模型并进行仿真实验,探讨了成形温度、凸模速度、摩擦因子对成形的影响,并得出最优的工艺参数组合。在最优工艺条件下,考察凸模圆角半径对回弹的影响。对TC4钛合金Ⅴ形件进行热冲压实验,取不同凸模圆角半径进行实验,获得了零件的回弹数据。通过实验和仿真数据的对比分析,得出仿真结果与实验结果有较好的一致性。结果表明:成形温度对成形结果影响较大,凸模速度次之,摩擦因子影响最小;最佳成形条件为:成形温度为750℃,凸模速度为0.1 mm·s^-1,一般润滑;凸模圆角半径增大,回弹率也增大,当凸模圆角半径小于凹模圆角半径时,呈现负回弹,最小回弹率出现在凸、凹模圆角半径相等的条件下。The mechanical properties of TC4 titanium alloy sheet were analyzed by uniaxial tensile test,and the numerical simulation model of hot stamping forⅤ-shaped part of TC4 titanium alloy was established by finite element method.Then,the simulation experiment was conducted,and the influences of forming temperature,punch speed and friction factor on the forming were investigated to obtain the optimum process parameter combination.Under the optimal process condition,the influence of punch fillet radius on the springback was analyzed,and for theⅤ-shaped part of TC4 titanium alloy,the hot stamping tests with different punch fillet radiuses were conducted to obtain the springback data of parts.According to the comparative analysis of experimental and simulation data,it is verified that the simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results.The results show that the influence of forming temperature on the forming result is greater than that of the punch speed,and the influence of friction factor is the least.Furthermore,the optimum forming condition is as follows:the forming temperature is 750℃,the punch speed is 0.1 mm·s^-1 and general lubrication.However,when the punch fillet radius increases,the springback rate also increases,when the punch fillet radius is smaller than that of die,the springback angle is negative value,and when the punch fillet radius equals that of die,the springback rate is the minimum.
