摘 要:针对某一运载火箭钝角型材框,对位移控制模式下的拉弯成形进行了试验研究,分析了工艺参数对零件成形精度的影响规律。试验结果表明:随着第2次拉弯成形预拉量的增加,零件成形后的平面度、角度和弧度逐渐减小;随着第1次拉弯成形包角的减小,零件成形后的平面度和角度逐渐减小,而弧度增大。对型材框拉弯后的拉伸量进行了测量,可得出:为增加中间部分的拉伸量,使零件变形更均匀、精度更高,应减小第1次拉弯成形包角、增加第2次拉弯成形预拉量。通过试验获得了优化的拉弯工艺参数,在此参数下拉弯,底边翘起程度较小,能够成形出尺寸合格的零件。For the profile frame with obtuse angle of a carrier rocket,the stretch-bending under displacement control mode was studied by experiments,and the influence laws of technological parameters on the forming accuracy of part were analyzed.The results show that the flatness,angle and radian of part after forming decrease with the increasing of pre-stretching amount for the second stretch-bending,and the flatness and angle of part after forming decrease,but the radian increases with the decreasing of wrap angle for the first stretch-bending.Furthermore,the stretching amount after stretch-bending of profile frame was measured,and it was concluded that in order to increase the stretching amount of middle part and make the deformation of part more uniform and higher accurate,the wrap angle of the first stretch-bending should be decreased,and the pre-stretching amount of the second stretch-bending should be increased.Finally,the optimized technological parameters were attained by experiments,and based on the above parameters,the qualified parts were formed with less bottom edge tilting extent.
