摘  要:通过双轮无芯模径向旋压方法对铝合金管形件的外表面进行挤压,得到一种带外凹槽的管类零件,并进行有限元数值模拟,研究旋压成形过程中坯料的成形特性及各工艺参数对成形的影响规律。在成形过程中,坯料外表面与旋轮接触区域的两侧会发生材料的堆积现象,形成隆起,坯料凹槽处的材料会向其他区域流动,导致凹槽区域壁厚减小。研究了应力屈服比ξ、进给壁厚比η和初始管状坯料壁厚t0对工件成形质量的影响。结果表明,适中的应力屈服比ξ、较大的进给壁厚比η和较小的坯料壁厚t0有利于工件的成形质量。The outer surface of aluminum alloy tube was extruded by the method of double-wheel radial spinning with coreless die,and a kind of tube part with exterior groove was obtained.Then,the spinning process was simulated numerically by finite element method,and the forming characteristics of blank and the influence laws of process parameters on the forming were studied in the spinning process.However,in the forming process,the material accumulation phenomenon occurred on the both sides of contact area between the outer surface of blank and the roller to form a bulge,and the material in the groove of blank flowed to other areas resulting in the reduction of wall thickness in the groove area.Furthermore,the influences of ratioξof applied stress to yield stress,ratioηof feeding distance of roller to wall thickness of blank and wall thickness t0 of initial tube blank on the forming quality of workpiece were studied.The results show that the moderateξ,largerηand smaller t0 are beneficial to the forming quality of workpiece.
