摘 要:精冲压力机作为实现精冲技术的基础,其抗偏载性能是影响精冲压力机偏心冲压能力的关键因素。基于液压式精冲压力机的三级精度要求,首先,采用有限元拓扑分解法建立液压式精冲压力机模型,通过在距滑块中心线的不同距离施加偏载荷,利用三维热力耦合数值模拟技术计算滑块在不同位置的最大偏载荷,得到滑块偏转位移与偏载荷的变化关系;然后,通过曲线拟合法对点位移与偏载荷进行拟合,分别沿滑块长度和宽度方向绘制抗偏载曲线;最后,设计相关试验进行验证。结果表明:标准理论值与试验值吻合较好,抗偏载曲线呈指数分布,滑块宽度方向的抗偏载能力大于长度方向的抗偏载能力。As the foundation of fine blanking technology,the anti-eccentric load performance of fine blanking press is a key factor affecting its eccentric stamping capacity.Based on the triple-level accuracy requirement of hydraulic fine blanking press,the model of hydraulic fine blanking press was firstly established by the finite element topology decomposition approach.By applying eccentric loads at different distances from the center line of slider,the maximum eccentric load at different positions of slider were calculated by the 3 D thermo-mechanical coupled numerical simulation technology,and the relationship between deflection displacement of slider and eccentric load was achieved.Furthermore,the relation of point displacement and eccentric load was fitted by curve fitting method,and the anti-eccentric load curve was drawn along the length and width directions of slider respectively.Finally,the anti-eccentric load curve was verified by experiment.The results show that the experiment data are consistent with the standard theoretical values,the anti-eccentric load curve is exponentially distributed,and the anti-eccentric load capacity in the width direction of slider is greater than that in the length direction.
