摘  要:在建筑领域BIM技术作为一种重要的支撑技术,通过建立三维立体工程模型的方式,为整个建筑施工提供技术支持,使整个建筑施工在设计建模、工程量计算、工程清单核对等方面都能够提高工作效率和准确性,满足建筑施工的实际需求。目前在电子招投标方面,应用BIM技术能够极大的提高招投标效率。通过建立工程信息数据模型,可有效核定工程量,对整个工程的施工工艺进行验证,保证在施工过程中合理定价。基于BIM技术的特点和优势,在电子招投标过程中,BIM技术的有效应用至关重要,为了保证BIM电子招投标能够得到有效的落实,结合某企业案例,分析BIM电子招投标的重要性,以及电子招投标产生的影响。探讨建立BIM电子招投标实训基地,对提高整个电子招投标的应用效果具有重要影响。As an important supporting technology in the construction field,BIM technology provide technical supports for the whole construction by establishing a three-dimensional engineering model,which can improve the efficiency and accuracy of the whole construction in the aspects of designing model,engineering quantity calculation and engineering list checking,so as to meet the actual needs of construction.At present,the application of the BIM technology can greatly improve the efficiency of the bidding.Through the establishment of engineering information data model,the quantity of projects can be effectively verified,and the construction process of the whole project can be verified to ensure the reasonable price.Based on the characteristics and advantages of the BIM technology,in the process of electronic bidding,the effective application of the BIM technology is very important,in order to ensure the effective implementation of the BIM electronic bidding,analyzing the importance of the BIM electronic bidding and the impact of electronic bidding with the efficiency case,discussing the establishment of the BIM electronic bidding training base,which has an important impact on improving the application effects of the whole electronic bidding.
