摘  要:目的:建立新型络合试剂-紫外分光光度法对石膏中含水硫酸钙进行含量测定的方法。方法:利用新型络合试剂乙二醛双缩(2-羟基苯胺)(GBHA)溶液,在碱性条件下与钙离子生成稳定的络合物,用比色法测定。结果:测定了18批生石膏样品的含量,检测质量浓度为0~15.0μg·mL^-1与吸光度线性关系良好,Y=0.0433 X+1.785×10-3(r=0.9992),平均加样回收率为101%(RSD为0.10%,n=6)。结论:新型络合试剂-紫外可见分光光度法测得样品中钙的含量准确,可以作为石膏类含钙矿物药的含量测定替代方法。Objective:To establish a novel complexometry reagent-UV-spectrophotometric method for content determination of calcium sulfate dihydrate in Gypsum Fibrosum.Methods:Calcium ions may be determined by forming a stable complex within the solution of the glyoxal-bis-(2-hydroxyanil)(GBHA),a novel complexometry reagent,under alkaline conditions.Results:A total of 18 batches of Gypsum Fibrosum were determined.The average recovery was 101% with the RSD of 0.10% for 6 replicates and the equations of linear calibration curve was Y=0.0433 X+1.785×10-3(r=0.9992)under the concentration range of 0-15.0μg·mL^-1.Conclusion:The method established may be alternative and can be used for the determination of calcium sulphate dihydrate in Gypsum Fibrosum.
