摘  要:金属波纹管以其弹性、密封等特性已经广泛应用于阀门、电力、石化等众多民用场合,核电行业以管路和阀门用金属波纹管居多,文章中所用场合为核电厂装卸料机应急解锁机构的波纹管组件,所设计的结构为双波纹管联动形式,利用波纹管的密封性能,承压性能以及弹性性能,替换了原有的单个波纹管独自工作的结构,大幅提升了结构的可靠性、安全性以及解锁动作的准确性,替代并超越了进口产品的原有结构。Due to its elasticity and sealing performance,metal bellows have been widely used in many civil applications such as valves,electric power and petrochemical industry.Metal bellows are applied in pipelines and valves in the industry of nuclear electric power.In this paper,the bellows assembly is applied in the emergency unlocking mechanism of the loading and unloading machine of the nuclear power plant,and the structure is designed in the form of double bellows linkage,which replaces the former structure of single bellows working alone by taking advantage of the sealing,bearing and elasticity of bellows.As a result,the structural reliability,security and accuracy of unlocking is improved,then it replaces and exceeds the former structure of imported products.
