双级封堵技术在强底水油藏高含水治理中的应用

摘  要:哥伦比亚D油田属于高孔高渗强边底水油藏,新井投产生产半年后含水便会直线上升,很快达到90%以上,油田高含水严重制约了油田的开发效益。针对该油田原油物性和地层水矿物性质,2018年在室内进行了强边底水封堵的实验研究,筛选了适用于D油田的聚合物冻胶体系并采取强、弱双级注入工艺,2019年在现场D-C井开展了先导试验,堵水后含水由实施前的98.6%下降到88%,日产油量由6.3m3上升到9.0m^3。生产8个月后含水维持在96.6%,日产油8.6m^3,累计增油556.5m3,减少地层产水5.7×10^4m^3。实验结果表明,本项目采用的双级选择性有机冻胶堵剂体系对于封堵大底水、高孔、高渗、疏松砂岩储层具有良好的适应性。同时,通过对高渗带的封堵,降低了产液指数,起到了一定的控砂作用,对强边底水油藏不动管柱堵水施工提供了技术思路。Oilfield D in Columbia is a reservoir with high porosity,high permeability,and strong edge and bottom water.The water cut of a new well will rise linearly and reach 90% or more soon after 6 months of putting into production.High water cut of the oilfield seriously restricts the benefit of oilfield development.Aiming at the physical properties of the crude oil and the mineral properties of the formation water,an experimental study of strong edge and bottom water plugging was conducted in 2018,and a polymer gel system was selected for the Oilfield D and strong and weak two-stage injection process was adopted.A pilot test was carried out in Well D-C in 2019.After water plugging,the water cut decreased from 98.6% to 88%,and the daily oil production increased from 6.3 m^3 to 9.0 m^3.After 8 months of production,the water cut is maintained at 96.6%,the daily oil production is 8.6 m^3,the cumulative incremental oil is 556.5 m^3,and 5.7×10~4 m^3 of formation water reduced from reservoirs.Experiment results show that two-stage selective organogel system has good adaptability for plugging the loose sandstone reservoirs with more bottom water,high porosity and high permeability.At the same time,the fluid productivity index was reduced after high-permeability zone was plugged,and it also played a certain role on sand control.It provides technical thinking for water plugging without pulling string in the reservoirs with strong edge and bottom water.
