摘　　要：北极地区具有丰富的石油天然气资源,2017年中曼石油(ZPEC)率先进入俄罗斯石油钻井市场,在水平井钻井液技术研究与应用方面,形成了一套适合冻土层安全钻井的钻井液体系。通过分析亚鲁杰伊油田冻土层的地质及钻井要求的特殊性,优选了冻土层钻井液体系的组分,并对冻土层钻井液体系进行研究,确定了适合该地区钻井特点的具有良好流变性的低温钻井液体系。针对亚鲁杰伊三维水平井裸眼井段长,井斜角较大,井眼大泥岩段多,容易出现井壁缩径,钻井液黏度难以控制等问题,开发了一套亚鲁杰伊三维水平井聚合物钻井液体系。具备良好的润滑防卡能力、悬浮携带清洁井眼能力及较强的抑制防塌性能。通过对俄罗斯油基钻井液材料筛选、加量优选等实验,确立了油基钻井液配方。该油基钻井液在现场应用中具有良好的电稳定性,同时流变性好、高温高压滤失量低,悬浮携岩能力、剪切稀释性强,现场应用效果良好。The Arctic region is rich in oil and gas resources.In 2017,Zhongman Petroleum(abbreviated as ZPEC) took the lead in entering the Russian oil drilling market,and formed a drilling fluid system suitable for safe drilling in the permafrost in terms of research and application of drilling fluid technology in horizon-tal wells.After the particularity of geology and drilling requirements of the permafrost in Arujay Oilfield,the components of the drilling fluid system for the permafrost are selected,and the drilling fluid system for the permafrost is studied,and then the low temperature drilling fluid system with good rheological property suitable for drilling characteristics in this region is determined.A set of polymer drilling fluid system in Arujay 3D horizontal well is developed in view of the issues such as hole wall shrinkage and being hard to control of drilling fluid viscosity because of long open hole section,large deviation angle,more mudstone sections with large borehole.It has good lubrication ability,suspension carrying ability to clean borehole and strong anti-collapse performance.The formula of oil-based drilling fluid is developed by material selecting and dosage opti-mizing of the oil-based drilling fluid in Russia.This oil-based drilling fluid has good electrical stability,good rheological property,low filtration loss at high temperature and high pressure,suspended rock carrying capacity,strong shear dilution.Its field application achieved good results.
