创业风险感知在男女大学生创新自我效能感与创业意愿关系间的调节效应

摘　　要：立足进化心理学角度,本研究基于对312名在校大学生的创业心态调查,探讨男女大学生的创业风险感知、创新自我效能感和创业意愿之间的关系。结果表明,男女大学生的创新自我效能感与创业意愿显著正相关;女大学生的创业意愿显著低于男大学生;女大学生的创业风险感知与创业意愿显著负相关;女大学生的创业风险感知在创新自我效能感和创业意愿之间起调节作用。研究结果支持进化心理学关于性别差异的相关理论学说,对引导和促进大学生的创业意愿具有一定的指导意义。From the perspective of the evolutionary psychology,based on the data collected from the 312 college students,this study explored the relationship among college students entrepreneurial risk perception,creative self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention.The results showed:(1)The entrepreneurial intention of females was lower than that of males;(2)The creative self-efficacy was positively associated with entrepreneurial intention;(3)The entrepreneurial risk perception of females was negatively associated with entrepreneurial intention;(4)The female entrepreneurial risk perception moderated the relationship between creative self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention.
