摘 要:基于时序生产模拟原理,综合考虑风电、光伏的出力特性,负荷特性和电网送出能力等因素,优化全网可再生能源的电力平衡,建立用于研究省级电网年度可再生能源消纳的优化模型,通过粒子群优化算法及罚函数求解出最大可消纳可再生能源电量。基于中国某省实际数据,对比分析时序生产模拟法和典型日分析法的消纳能力和节能减排效益。时序生产模拟法能保证常规机组出力平稳,同时实现节能减排。Based on the time series production simulation principle,the factors such as wind power,photovoltaic output characteristics,load characteristics and power grid output capacity are considered.This paper optimizes the power balance of renewable energy resources in the whole network,and establishes an optimization model for studying the annual renewable energy accommodation of provincial power grid.The maximum renewable energy accommodation electricity is solved by using the particle swarm optimization algorithm and the penalty function.Based on the actual data of a province in China,this paper compares and analyzes the time series production simulation and the typical daily analysis method of the accommodation ability and energy-saving and emission-reduction benefit.The time series production simulation method can ensure the steady output of conventional units and achieve energy-saving and emission-reduction at the same time.
