摘 要:研发设计一种新型太阳能-热泵联合干燥装置,并进行干燥香菇实验验证。设计一种空气式太阳集热器,采用双通螺旋直流真空管,其内设置有高性能相变蓄热材料的蓄能芯。干燥室采用夹层多点送风并设计扰流风扇,增加送风均匀性。太阳能干燥系统和热泵系统可以单独或联合工作。在50、60℃、风速为2~3 m/s条件下,将香菇从初始水分含量91%干燥至国标规定的安全储藏水分≤13%,分别采用热泵干燥、太阳能干燥和太阳能热泵联合干燥,干燥时间分别为300~270 min、280~260 min和270~240 min。实验结果分析表明,该文所设计的太阳能热泵联合干燥系统的性能系数(COP)在3.50~4.35之间,能源利用率在0.58~0.78之间。In this paper,a new type of solar heat pump combined drying device was developed and designed,and the experimental experiment of dried shiitake mushrooms was carried out.An air-type solar collector is designed,which adopts a double-pass spiral vacuum tube with an energy storage core of high-performance phase change heat storage material.The drying chamber adopts multi-point air supply in the interlayer and designs a spoiler fan to increase the uniformity of air supply.The solar drying system and heat pump system can work individually or in combination.At 50℃and 60℃,wind speed 2-3 m/s,the mushrooms are dried from the initial moisture content of 91%to the national standard for safe storage of water≤13%,respectively,using heat pump drying,solar drying and solar heat pump combined drying The drying time is 300-270 min,280-260 min and 270-240 min respectively.The experimental results show that the performance coefficient(COP)of the designed solar heat pump combined drying system is between 3.5 and 4.35,and the energy utilization rate is between 0.58 and 0.78.
