摘  要:对AGX变效吸收式制冷循环进行数学建模,选择高压冷凝器出口温度和1号低压发生器进出口温差(ΔTLG1)为自由变量,研究ΔTLG1对循环运行状态与性能的影响。通过考察循环中溶液流量分配和制冷剂流量分配的变化,分析了ΔTLG1对循环COP和制冷量的影响;通过考察HA-LG2热耦合环节的工作要求,总结出ΔTLG1取值范围的下限约束来自HA-LG2传热量,上限约束来自HA-LG2最小传热温差与LG2出口溶液的结晶限制;模拟结果表明,在给定HG和HC出口温度的情况下,存在最佳的ΔTLG1,使得循环COP取极大值,且最佳ΔTLG1和COP随HC出口温度变化而变化,对于给定的HG出口温度,存在最佳的HC出口温度,其对应的最佳COP为循环在该HG出口温度下的最大值。A mathematic model of AGX variable effect absorption cycle was built,and the outlet temperature of high pressure condenser and the temperature difference between No.1 low pressure generator inlet and outlet(ΔTLG1)were chosen as free variables,and the effects ofΔTLG1 on the operating conditions and performance of the absorption cycle were investigated.The solution distribution and the refrigeration distribution in the cycle were studied to analyze the effects ofΔTLG1 on the COP and cooling load of the cycle.The working conditions of HA-LG2 thermal coupling were studied to figure out the constrains on the range ofΔTLG1.The lower limit comes from the amount of heat transferred between HA and LG2,and the upper limit comes from the constrain of crystallization of LG2 outlet and the constrain of allowable minimum temperature difference between HA and LG2.The simulation results showed that,with HG outlet temperature and HC outlet temperature given,there exists an optimum value ofΔTLG1,which make the cycle gets its maximum COP,and the optimizedΔTLG1 and COP change with the HC outlet temperature,so that there exists an optimal HC outlet temperature,the corresponding optimal COP of which is the maximum COP of the cycle under given HG outlet temperature.
