摘 要:目的针对C型臂X射线机没有工作站、数据线连接不方便的缺点,研制一套C型臂X射线工作站无线传输系统。方法采用最新2.4 GHz无线传输技术方案,选用抗干扰性强传输远距离的无线传输模块及外围电子元件,研制一套无线图像传输设备,选用医用专业硬压图像采集卡TCHD TC5C0N,设计一套与C型臂X射线机配套的医学影像工作站。结果 C型臂X射线机视频信号可以通过无线图像传输设备传输,载波频率为2.4 GHz,可以被200 m范围内的无线成像设备捕捉到,并在所开发的医学影像工作站上实时显示,把之前使用的模拟复合视频信号改进为高清视频信号,显示清晰度高。结论研制成功无线传输系统,实现了C型臂X射线机医学影像的无线传输和实时显示,方便了实时检查和病历数据管理。Objective To develop a set of wireless transmission system in C-arm X-ray workstation for C-arm X-ray machine without workstation and inconvenient data cable connection. Methods The wireless image transmission equipment was developed by the latest 2.4 GHz wireless transmission technique, and wireless transmission modules and peripheral electronic components with strong anti-interference ability and long-distance transmission ability were chosen. The medical imaging workstation matching C-arm X-ray machine was designed using medical professional hard press image acquisition card TCHD TC5 C0 N. Results The video signal of C-arm X-ray machine was transmitted through wireless image transmission equipment,with carrying frequency of 2.4 GHz. It could be captured by wireless imaging equipment within 200-meter and displayed in real time on medical imaging workstation, and the previous analog composite video signal was improved to high-definition video signal with high definition. Conclusion It is demonstrated that the wireless transmission system is developed and realtime display of medical images of C-arm X-ray machine is realized, which is convenient for real-time examination and medical record data management.
