摘  要:通过对9种不同配比的灌浆料的物理力学性能试验,研究了套筒灌浆料的龄期强度、尺寸效应及体积稳定性。结果表明:灌浆料的抗压强度和抗折强度随龄期的增加近似呈指数增长,前3d强度增长迅速,后期强度增长缓慢;灌浆料按设计要求配置、搅拌后较接近于匀质材料,尺寸效应不明显;增加膨胀剂的掺量可提高灌浆料养护阶段的膨胀变形,有利于减少和延缓荷载作用下灌浆料的劈裂,但同时会造成灌浆料强度,尤其是早期强度的明显降低。Based on physical and mechanical properties tests on nine types of filler grout with different mix proportion,the age strength,size effect and volume stability of the filler grout for grouting coupler were studied.The results show that the compressive strength and flexural strength of the filler grout increase exponentially with the curing age.In the first three days,the strengths increase dramatically,but grow slowly in the late curing age.As the filler grout is prepared strictly according to its design requirements,it is can be seemed as a homogenous material,and the size effect is not obvious.Increasing the amount of expansion agent can increase the expansion deformation of the grouting stage,which is beneficial to reduce and delay the splitting of the grout under load,but meanwhile it will cause a distinct reduction of the strength,especially the early strength.
