摘 要:为了研究再生粗骨料取代率对无腹筋玄武岩纤维增强复合材料筋(BFRP筋)再生混凝土梁的抗剪性能的影响,进行了足尺无腹筋BFRP筋再生混凝土梁抗剪性能试验。通过四点弯曲加载,研究了再生粗骨料取代率(0,30%,60%,100%)对4根无腹筋BFRP筋再生混凝土梁的裂缝开展、破坏形态、开裂荷载、跨中挠度、荷载-应变及抗剪承载力的影响。试验结果表明:所有试验梁均发生剪切破坏;相同荷载作用下,梁的挠度随再生粗骨料取代率的增加而增大;随再生粗骨料取代率的增加,梁的裂缝数量和斜裂缝平均宽度均增大;同一荷载作用下,BFRP筋再生混凝土梁的跨中纵筋应变大于BFRP筋普通混凝土梁;BFRP筋再生混凝土梁的抗剪承载力较BFRP筋普通混凝土梁低,并随着再生粗骨料取代率的增大而降低。通过承载力的试验值与理论值对比研究,验证了加拿大规范(CSA.S803-12)中规定的计算方法对无腹筋BFRP筋再生混凝土梁抗剪承载力的适用性。In order to study the influence of recycled coarse aggregate replacement rate on the shear performance of basalt fiber reinforced polymer(BFRP)bar reinforced recycled concrete beam without stirrups,the shear performance test was conducted on the full-scale BFRP bar reinforced recycled concrete beam without stirrups.The influence of recycled coarse aggregate replacement rate(0,30%,60%,100%)on the crack development,failure form,cracking load,mid-span deflection,load-strain and shear bearing capacity of four BFRP bar reinforced recycled concrete beam without stirrups was studied by four-point bending loading.The test results show that all the test beams have shear failure;under the same load,the deflection of the beam increases with the increase of recycled coarse aggregate replacement rate;with the increase of recycled coarse aggregate replacement rate,both the number of cracks and the average width of inclined cracks increase;under the same load,the strain of the mid-span longitudinal reinforcement of the BFRP bar reinforced recycled concrete beam without stirrups is greater than that of the BFRP bar ordinary concrete beam;the shear capacity of BFRP bar reinforced recycled concrete beam without stirrups is lower than that of BFRP bar ordinary concrete beam and decreases with the increase of recycled coarse aggregate replacement rate.The applicability of the calculation method in the Canadian Code(CSA.S803-12)for the shear bearing capacity of BFRP bar reinforced recycled concrete beam without stirrups is verified by comparing the experimental and theoretical values of the bearing capacity.
