摘 要:通过金相显微镜、扫描电镜和DSC热分析仪等测试手段,研究了合金化元素Ag对Al-Mg-Si-Cu合金铸态和均匀化组织的影响。结果表明:Ag对Al-Mg-Si-Cu合金的铸态组织有细化作用,当w(Ag)=0.68%时,细化效果最好;合金开始初熔温度升高了11℃,初熔吸热峰温度升高了5℃,终了初溶温度升高了5℃,开始熔化温度升高了6℃;铸态组织中,未添加Ag的基体合金晶界处的第二相为AlMnSi相及Mg2Si相,添加w(Ag)=0.68%时晶界处的第二相为AlMnFeSi相和Mg2Si相;均匀化组织中,未添加Ag的基体合金晶界处的第二相主要有AlCuSi相、CuAl2相和AlSi共晶相,w(Ag)=0.68%时晶界处的第二相主要是AlMnSi相。The effect of alloying element Ag on the as-cast and homogenized structure of Al-Mg-Si-Cu alloy were studied by means of metallographic microscope,SEM and DSC.The results show that Ag can refine the as-cast structure of the Al-Mg-Si-Cu alloy.When w(Ag) =0.68%,the refining effect is the best.Compared with the alloy without Ag element,the initial melting temperature of the alloy increases by 11 ℃,the temperature of the heat absorption peak increases by 5 ℃,the final initial melting temperature increases by 5 ℃,and the initial melting temperature increases by 6 ℃ .In the as-cast structure,the second phases are Al Mn Si phase and Mg2Si phase at the grain boundary of the base alloy without Ag addition,and the second phases are AlMnFeSi phase and Mg2Si phase at the grain boundary of the alloy when w(Ag) =0.68%.In homogenization structure,the second phase are mainly AlCuSi phase,CuAl2 phase and Al Si eutectic phase at the grain boundary of the base alloy,and the second phases are mainly AlMnSi phase at the grain boundary of the alloy when w(Ag) = 0.68%.
