摘 要:以AZ31镁合金板料的单点渐进热成形零件失稳程度为试验指标,选取对失稳程度影响明显的工艺参数压下量、进给速度、温度、工具头半径为影响因素,采用正交试验法对热渐进成形中的失稳进行研究。通过数值模拟,分析了工艺参数对零件失稳影响。研究结果表明:对渐进热成形零件失稳程度影响最大的因素是压下量,其次是工具头直径、进给速度、温度。对AZ31镁合金板料,当压下量为0.8 mm、进给速度为1 900 mm/min、加工温度为200℃、工具头直径为8 mm时,成形零件失稳程度最小。The instability degree of hot single-point incremental hot forming of AZ31 magnesium alloy sheet was taken as the test index,and the process parameters,such as amount of press-down,feed speed,temperature and radius of tool head,which had significant influence on the instability degree were selected as the effect factors.The instability in thermal incremental forming was studied by orthogonal experiment.Through numerical simulation,the effect of process parameters on the instability of forming part was analyzed.The investigation results indicate that the most important factors affecting the forming part instability degree are the amount of press-down,followed by the diameter of tool head,feed rate and temperature.For AZ31 magnesium alloy sheet,the instability of the forming part is the least when the amount of press-down is 0.8 mm,the feed rate is 1900 mm/min,the processing temperature is 200℃,and the diameter of the tool head is 8 mm.
