人工蹼状阴茎在多次失败的阴茎段尿道皮肤瘘修补中的应用一例报告

摘　　要：尿道皮肤瘘是尿道下裂常见的并发症,反复行尿道下裂修补术会导致阴茎皮肤缺少和周围组织覆盖不足,最后形成顽固性尿道皮肤瘘。本文回顾性分析1例多次修补失败的阴茎段尿道皮肤瘘患者的临床资料。本例采用人工蹼状阴茎的方法进行瘘口修补治疗,术后随访6个月,无瘘口复发,排尿通畅,术后阴茎外观满意。Urethrocutaneous fistula is a common complication of hypospadias.Repeated surgical repair of hypospadias often leads to the lack of penis skin and insufficient coverage of surrounding tissues,resulting in the formation of intractable urethrocutaneous fistula.The clinical data of a patient with penile segment urethral skin fistula who failed to repair repeatedly were retrospectively.This patient was treated with artificial webbed penis.After 6 months of follow-up,the patient had no recurrence of fistula,urination was unobstructed,and the appearance of penis was satisfactory.
