摘  要:目的:探讨多元化健康教育对下咽癌手术患者发音功能及吞咽功能的影响。方法:随机抽样法选取104例下咽癌手术患者,按摸球法分为对照组和实验组,每组52例。对照组接受常规健康教育,实验组接受多元化健康教育,比较两组术后喉发音功能、吞咽功能的恢复情况。结果:术后3个月,实验组喉发音功能中嘶哑度、粗糙声、气息声及嗓音障碍指数量表评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),且实验组标准吞咽功能评定量表评分(22.03±1.08)分明显低于对照组的评分(27.63±1.60)(P<0.05)。结论:对下咽癌手术患者实施多元化健康教育,能促进患者喉发音功能、吞咽功能的恢复,值得推广。Objective:To explore the effect of diversified health education on the pronunciation and swallowing functions of patients with hypopharyngeal carcinoma after resection.Methods:One hundred and four post-operative patients with hypopharyngeal cancer were randomly selected in this study,and were divided into control group(n=52,receiving regular health education)and an experimental group(n=52,receiving multiple health education)according to the ball-feeling method.The recovery of larynx pronunciation function and swallowing function was compared between the two groups.Results:Three months after operation,the scores of hoarseness,rough sound,breath sounds and vocal dysfunction in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the the control group(P<0.05),and the standard swallowing function rating scale of the experimental group was scored(P<0.05).The score(22.03±1.08)of experimental group was significantly lower than that(27.63±1.60)of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing diversified health education for patients with hypopharyngeal cancer undergoing surgery can promote the recovery of throat and swallowing function of the patients,and is worth promoting.
