摘 要:为解决西气东输工程天然气分输站计量支路控制过程中存在的部分控制需要人工干预、部分影响计量准确性的故障无法自动切换计量支路等问题,利用站场SCADA系统程序,对西气东输天然气站场的计量回路控制逻辑进行优化,增加了计量故障自诊断和支路增开减关控制功能,实现了对计量回路的科学有效控制。试运行结果表明:计量回路自动控制逻辑具有较高的可靠性,在试运行期间累积计量天然气9×109m3,没有出现过因计量设备故障未及时自动切换而导致的计量争议;计量回路自动控制逻辑运行稳定,能够在满足逻辑执行条件时及时对流程进行调整,动作时间不超过2min。Considering the fact that metering loop’s some controls in the gas distributing station of the west-east gas transmission project ask for manual intervention,and some faults influence the metering accuracy and auto-switch of the metering loop,making use of SCADA system to optimize the metering loop’s control logic of the gas distributing station was implemented to increase self-diagnosis of metering failure,and to realize the control function of branch opening and closing,including the scientific and effective control of the metering loop.Trail operation results showed that,the auto-control logic of the metering loop has better reliability and the cumulative metering volume of natural gas was 9×109m3 during half a year’s trial operation;and no dispute on measurement caused by the failure of the metering equipment occurs;the auto-control logic of the metering loop runs stably and the flow path can be adjusted in time when the condition of automatic action is satisfied,the movement time does not exceed 2 minutes.
