摘 要:全社会风险保障意识的提升促使了健康保险的快速发展,但健康保险的风险管理作用仍没有得到充分发挥。数字健康技术在延展健康管理服务、渗透全域市场发展、提升风险保障管理水平等方面成为推动健康保险突破困境的重要支撑。数字健康技术与健康保险的融合发展,优化了健康保险的产品设计、提高了服务效率、提升了风险管控水平。但难以获取的健康医疗大数据、专业人才队伍的缺失及数字健康技术运用不足等制约了健康保险与数字健康技术的融合发展,有必要从政府、企业及政策支持等层面加强健康保险与数字健康技术的协同合作。The promotion of the whole society’s awareness of risk protection has promoted the rapid development of health insurance,but the role of health insurance in risk management has not been fully played.Digital health technology has become an important support for health insurance to break through the dilemma in extending health management services,penetrating into the whole market development,and improving the level of risk protection management.The integrated development of digital health technology and health insurance has optimized the product design of health insurance,improved service efficiency and the level of risk control.However,the integration and development of health insurance and digital health technology are restricted by the difficultyof obtaining health care big data,the lack of professionals and the insufficient use of digital health technology.It is necessary to strengthen the cooperation between health insurance and digital health technology from the aspects of government,enterprises and policy support.
